- Important dates to remember:
- Deadline to confirm participation is by close of business, Monday, 5:00pm, March 28, 2022
- Provide staff and maintain booth 4:00pm – 9:00pm, Thu, March 31, 2022, at the Guam Museum (Skinner) Park Plaza
- Maintenance, Security, and General Liability Rules:
- Exhibitors shall be responsible for their belongings, do not leave valuables unattended
- Exhibitors shall handle the designated space, grounds and facility with care and respect; pick up and haul your trash
- Exhibitors shall conduct themselves in a safe and orderly manner
- Exhibitors shall be financially responsible for any damage/s sustained to the space, grounds, facility, furniture, or equipment
- Registration and Payments:
- Register by submitting the information below.
- Payments will be made on the day of the event: Cash, Check, and Major Debit/Credit Cards will be accepted.
- For your tax filing purposes, the organization’s employer identification number is: (EIN) is 66-0670817
- Indicate the number of spaces needed below. Please note that there are exclusions due to Covid-19, we highly recommend that each exhibitor provide their personal items and equipment such as canopies, chairs, and tables.

We trust that this agreement, its terms, and conditions are in order; by signing below participant/s, and associated contractors, sub-contractors, outsourced services, or any persons involved with move in and set up activities and services held at the Guam Museum are undertaken at their own risk. All members of the Guam Museum Foundation, Inc, Guam Museum Division, Department of CHamoru Affairs or the Government of Guam will not be held liable for any claims.
