Bank of Guam first opened in 1972

When the Bank of Guam first opened in 1972 it was headquartered in this small wooden building in the Santa Cruz district of Hagåtña. Started by Jesus Leon Guerrero and Jose Untalan with just 13 employees, Bank of Guam was the island’s first locally owned bank.
