Hafa Adai, the Guam Museum a division of the Department of CHamoru Affairs has reopened its first floor for meetings, conferences, and events, as well as tours to the Japanese Hokusai Manga exhibition from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday and Saturdays for a limited time 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
